Ingredients
- Meat for a steak – 1 kg
- Onion – 1 pc
- Parsley – 5-6 sprigs
- Apple cider vinegar – 50 gr
- Mushrooms – 250 gr
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Bacon – 250 g
Ingredients for the sauce
- Tomato puree – 130 g
- Strong mustard – 20 g
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Provencal herbs – 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Prepare the meat. Cut into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick, and beat through the foil.
2. Prepare the sauce. Mix the tomato puree, garlic, salt, olive oil, pepper, mustard, coriander, and herbs of Provence.
3. Brush each piece of meat with the sauce.
4. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them.
5. Combine the onion with the parsley, add the apple cider vinegar, and mash a little.
6. Put layers of bacon, meat, onions, and mushrooms in the foil and parchment. At the end, put the bacon in the last layer again. Tie it with a string and wrap it up.
7. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C, then open and bake for another 30 minutes.
