Ingredients
- boneless chicken thighs - 5-6 pieces
- honey - 2 tbsp
- soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- orange - 2 pcs
- oil - 2 tbsp
- dried garlic - 1 tsp
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp
- rosemary - a few sprigs
- cranberries - 50 g
Method of preparation
1. For the sauce, mix honey, juice of 1 orange, soy sauce, oil and spices.
2. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Put the chicken meat in a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
4. Take out and brush each piece with honey.

5. Put the orange slices, rosemary sprigs and cranberries on top.
6. Put it back in the oven for another 25 minutes. In the last minutes, turn on the convection mode to make an appetizing crust.
