Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 600 g
  • milk - 150 ml.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc (average 90 g)
  • onion - 1 pc (average 130 g)
  • butter - 50 g
  • semolina - 20 g
  • flour - 75 g
  • seasoning for chicken - 0.5 tsp.
  • salt - 1.5 - 2 tsp.
  • black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
  • granulated garlic - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Rinse the chicken liver, and put it in a container.

2. Beat with a blender until smooth, pour into a bowl.

3. Fry the onion and carrots in oil until tender, add to the bowl.

4. Add the rest of the ingredients.

5. Beat with a blender until smooth

6. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture.

7. Bake at 180 degrees for an hour and 10 minutes.

8. Check readiness with a skewer.
