Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 600 g
- milk - 150 ml.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc (average 90 g)
- onion - 1 pc (average 130 g)
- butter - 50 g
- semolina - 20 g
- flour - 75 g
- seasoning for chicken - 0.5 tsp.
- salt - 1.5 - 2 tsp.
- black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- granulated garlic - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the chicken liver, and put it in a container.
2. Beat with a blender until smooth, pour into a bowl.
3. Fry the onion and carrots in oil until tender, add to the bowl.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients.

6. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for an hour and 10 minutes.
