- 9% cottage cheese - 300 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 2 tbsp
- honey - 2 tsp
- vanilla - a pinch
Method of preparation.
1. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
2. Beat with a blender to form a homogeneous mass.
3. Form the syrnyky.
4. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
