Ingredients for the roll
- fresh spinach - 150 g
- flour - 50 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- salt - a pinch
Ingredients for the filling
- cream cheese - 200 g
- lightly salted fish - 180 g
Method of preparation
1. Put the fresh spinach in a deep bowl, add the egg yolks and beat with a blender until smooth. Add sifted flour and mix again.
2. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
3. Carefully add the whipped whites to the spinach base in two stages and mix with a silicone spatula from the bottom up.
4. Transfer to a baking sheet covered with parchment, smooth out well and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven, transfer to a new baking sheet, and remove the one on which the sponge cake was baked.
6. Cool completely, brush evenly with cream cheese, put the lightly salted red fish on top and roll it up.
7. Wrap tightly with parchment and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
