Ingredients
- chicken liver - 650 g
- garlic - 4 cloves
- onion - 2 pcs
- carrots - 1 pc
- butter - 100 g
- 30-36% cream - 100 ml
- ground nutmeg - 1 tsp
- salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1. Wash the liver well, peel it and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
2. Add the chopped onion, carrot and a few cloves of garlic.
3. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, and diced butter.
4. Bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
5. After baking, transfer everything to a deep blender bowl, including the liquid, add warm cream and beat until smooth. If desired, you can add a little more butter.
6. Pour into a suitable dish and then put in the refrigerator until it hardens.
