Instead of regular pork chops, you can make juicy rolls. You can use a lot of cheese, mushrooms and onions as a filling. The dish is hearty and suitable even for a festive table.

Ingredients:

  • pork loin - 8 pcs
  • mushrooms - 6 pcs
  • onion - 1 pc
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • chicken broth (water) - 200 ml
  • 33% cream - 50 ml
  • oil for frying
  • salt - to taste
  • spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Use a hammer to beat off the sliced meat.

2. Season each piece of meat with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. For the filling, chop half an onion.

4. Grate 3 mushrooms and 100 grams of cheese.

5. Fry the onion and mushrooms until golden brown.

6. Combine the cheese with the fried mushrooms and salt to taste.

7. Put the mushroom filling on each piece of meat.

8. Roll up.

9. Secure with toothpicks.

10. Fry the rolls on all sides for about 10 minutes. Use vegetable oil.

11. Prepare the broth for the rolls.

12. Combine the onion, mushrooms, chicken broth (water), cream, salt and spices to taste in the frying pan where the rolls were fried.

13. Stew for 3 minutes.

14. After frying the rolls with mushrooms (having removed the toothpicks), stew them in the broth in the oven at 160 degrees or in a frying pan under the lid for 15 minutes, sprinkling grated cheese on top.
