Most housewives use the traditional method of molding varenyky. However, the dish can be diversified not only with fillings, but also with appearance. On Instagram, food blogger Inna shared 4 ways to make truly beautiful varenyky.
Option 1: Spikelet
This is a traditional method of molding. It is the fastest of all and even beginners can handle it.
Option 2: Sun
This variant is also easy to make and is perfect for people who are not yet good at molding. They will never fall apart during boiling.
Option 3: Flower
Flower-shaped varenyky take a little longer to make, but the result will impress everyone. First, the loose edges of the dough should be sealed with fork tines. Then use the other side of the fork to form the petals.
Option 4: Round
Put the filling on a circle cut out of a piece of dough and cover it with another one. Next, choose any of the molding methods listed above. Such varenyky will look the most beautiful if you choose the flower shape.
