How to make gluten-free bread: a recipe from a celebrity chef

Bread is the most popular product in the world. It is present in different interpretations in every country. However, most flour products contain gluten, which is not good for human health. Therefore, it is worth refusing to consume this type of baked goods and paying attention to gluten-free bread, which is no less tasty than regular bread.

Celebrity chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo recently showed on Instagram how he makes gluten-free bread. According to him, this is a traditional type of baking in Colombia that is prepared in every family.

Ingredients:

  • Hard feta cheese - 500 gr
  • Tapioca starch - 500 g
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Butter - 200 gr
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Grate feta on a coarse grater, add starch, and mix.

2. Add the baking powder.

3. Beat the eggs and melt the butter. Add the eggs and butter to the cottage cheese-starch mixture and mix.

4. Add sugar and knead the dough.

5. Form small balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with foil.

6. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes, until the loaves are golden brown.
