How to fry hake in a pan: the fish will be very tender and juicy
Hake is a very tender fish with few bones, so it can be cooked in many different ways. The most popular option is pan-frying. To make the pieces juicy inside and golden on top, you need to choose the right breading for them.
The idea of cooking juicy fried hake was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname valway ka. For the breading, you need to combine wheat and corn flour - the result will pleasantly surprise you.
Ingredients:
- hake - 1 kg.
- seasoning for fish
- salt - 1.5 tsp.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 4 tbsp.
- corn flour - 2 tbsp.
- water - 3-4 tbsp
- dill - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the fish, and remove the fins.
2. Cut into portions.
3. Add salt, seasonings, and eggs.
4. Marinate, and leave for 30-60 minutes (more is possible).
5. Mix the flour.
6. Roll each piece of fish in flour.
7. Fry in a frying pan with oil.
8. Put the finished fish in a dry, clean frying pan, and add water.
9. Pour 2-3 tbsp of water, and cover with a lid to let it steam for 4-5 minutes.
10. Sprinkle with herbs if desired.
