A food blogger with the nickname anastasia zhakulina shared her recipe for delicious potatoes with mushrooms on Instagram. The dish will have an unrivaled taste, aroma, and unusually delicate texture thanks to the addition of cream.
Ingredients
- Small potatoes – 600 gr
- Large onion – 1 pc
- Mushrooms – 500 g
- Dried mushrooms – optional
- Cream 15% – 300 ml
- Flour – 1.5 tbsp
- Ghee – melted butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Provencal herbs
- Bay leaf
- Fresh herbs
Method of preparation
1. Peel the potatoes, cover with water, add salt and bay leaf, and boil until tender.
2. In a saucepan, fry the onion in ghee until golden brown, then add the chopped mushrooms and spices (salt, black pepper, Provencal herbs).
3. Add the cooked potatoes to the fried mushrooms and onions, pour the cream over them, add the flour, and stir. Close the lid and simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat. Add fresh herbs at the end.
