Ingredients:
- eggs - 1 pc.
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
- sugar - 3 tsp (for a sweeter taste, pour honey)
- kefir - 300 ml.
- flour - 280 g
- vanilla sugar - 5 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 100 ml.
Method of preparation:
1. Crack an egg into a bowl.
2. Add salt and sugar.
3. Stir.
4. Pour in warm kefir and add flour.
5. Add vanilla sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
6. Knead a thick dough.
7. Transfer to a pastry bag.
8. Heat the oil well and put the pancakes in.
9. Fry over low heat on both sides until golden brown.
10. Put on paper towels to drain the oil.
