There are two simple ways to make porridge soft and pleasant to the taste:

2. Boiling water – pour the washed cereal into a colander and pour boiling water over it. This method not only neutralizes bitterness but also contributes to the rapid boiling of the grains.

- For crumbly porridge, 1 cup of millet to 2 cups of water.
