Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 700 gr
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Corn starch – 35 g
Ingredients for the sauce
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Honey – 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce
- Olive oil – 1 tsp
Method of preparation
1. Cut the fillet into cubes and mix with salt and starch.
2. Put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment. It is important that the pieces lie freely on the baking sheet and do not stick together.
3. Place in a preheated 220-degree oven for 10 minutes.
4. Turn over and leave for another 10 minutes.
5. Turn on convection for a few minutes to form a crust.
6. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and mix the ready-made sauce with the chicken.
