How to bake crispy and juicy wings for lunch: a quick idea
Chicken wings are a win-win if you need to quickly prepare a hearty meal for a large group. Although this meat is dietary, it can be made very juicy and soft. To do this, add a cheese and garlic sauce on top.

Ingredients for the wings:
- chicken wings - 1 kg (cut into 2 parts)
- starch - 1 tbsp
- flour - 3 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp.
- black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- seasoning for meat - 1 tsp.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- butter - 50 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- garlic - 3 cloves
- herbs (parsley, dill or other) - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
- paprika - 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
2. In a deep bowl, combine the starch, flour, salt, paprika, black pepper, meat seasoning, and baking powder.
3. Dredge each wing in the prepared mixture so that the spices evenly coat the surface.
4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment or lightly oiled.
5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes until the wings are golden and crispy.
6. Melt the butter in a small saucepan or frying pan.
7. Add finely grated cheese, finely chopped or pressed garlic, herbs and paprika.
8. Stir until the filling becomes homogeneous.
9. Remove the hot wings from the oven and place them in a deep bowl.
10. Pour the prepared sauce over them and mix well so that each piece is evenly covered with the sauce.
