Homemade yeast roll with poppy seed filling: tastier than store-bought pastries
Instead of buying store-bought pastries for tea, make a fluffy poppy seed roll from yeast dough at home. You can do it even if you've never made this dessert before. The most important thing is to make the sourdough correctly so that the mass rises.
The idea of making a sweet poppy seed roll for tea was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria with the nickname valeria pytel. The dough is based on milk.
