The idea of preparing a healthy fruit smoothie for children was published on the Instagram page of food blogger ValeriaLapchenko (valeria_lapchenko). You only need 4 ingredients for this drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 medium carrot
- 1 apple
- 1 glass of water
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the peel from the banana.
2. Peel the carrots.
3. Cut the core out of the apple.
4. Put the fruit in the blender bowl.
5. Add water.
6. Whisk everything together.
7. Pour into glasses.
