Hearty pancakes with minced chicken, mushrooms, and cheese: how to cook a delicious dish for the whole family
Pancakes are a great base for making delicious desserts and hearty snacks. You can fill them with any favorite filling, it all depends on your preferences. One of the most popular combinations is minced chicken, mushrooms, and cheese.
The idea of making pancakes with minced chicken, mushrooms, and cheese was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Maryna Frolova. The dough is very tender and porous using the following technology.
Ingredients for pancakes:
- eggs – 5 pcs
- milk – 750 g
- sugar - 50 g
- vegetable oil – 55 g
- a pinch of salt
How to make pancakes:
1. Combine eggs, sugar, salt, part of the milk, and flour.
2. Mix with a whisk to a thick dough, the consistency of sour cream.
3. Add the rest of the milk, diluting the dough, and pour in the oil.
4. Mix again and the dough is ready.
5. Fry over medium heat.
Ingredients for the filling:
- minced chicken – 700 g
- mushrooms – 300 g
- onion – 1 pc.
- cream cheese – 80 g
- hard cheese – 250 g
- French mustard – 30 g
- smoked paprika, pepper, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the onion and the mushrooms.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
3. Add the mushrooms while stirring.
4. Bring to readiness, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Fry the minced meat until the color changes, add seasonings and French mustard.
6. Add the mushrooms to the minced meat.
7. Add cream cheese and mix well.
8. Grind the hard cheese and add to the minced meat.
