However, thanks to a popcorn recipe from nutritionist Alina Agarkova, which she posted on Instagram, this is no longer a problem. She told us how to make popcorn so that it is healthy and not harmful to your figure.

Ingredients:

  • Rice cakes
  • Water\olive oil
  • Favorite spices

Method of preparation:

1. Break the breads by hand and sprinkle with water. Mix thoroughly.

2. Put in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.

3. Add your favorite spices and mix again.
