Ingredients
- Dry wine - 1 bottle
- Honey - 3 tbsp
- Green apple - ½ pc.
- Orange - 1 pc.
- Lemon - 1/3 pc.
- Ginger - a pinch
- Cinnamon - 2-3 sticks
- Star anise - 2 pcs.
- Cloves - 3-4 pcs.
Method of preparation.
1. Pour wine into an enamel or steel saucepan.

2. Add honey, spices, half an orange and apples, cut into slices.
3. Squeeze the juice from the other half of the orange, add a little lemon or its zest and sliced ginger.

4. Bring it to 60-70 degrees over medium heat to make it hot and turn off the heat.
