Ingredients:
- puff pastry – 500 g
- butter/oil
- onion – 1 pc.
- mushrooms – 250 g
- parsley
- salt, pepper
- cheese – 100-150 g
- egg yolk – 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Thaw the dough according to the instructions on the package.
2. Fry the onion, sliced in half rings, in butter, and add the sliced mushrooms.
3. Fry for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
4. Season with salt and pepper, add herbs.
5. Make shallow cuts in the dough along the edges.
6. Rub the center with cheese and put the mushroom filling.
7. Brush the edges of the dough with egg yolk.
8. Put in a preheated 200-degree oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
