Dough for pies that does not need to be left to rise: a simple recipe for a delicious dish
If you don't like to work with yeast dough because it takes a long time, why not make it according to a quick recipe? This dough makes delicious pies and other pastries.
On Facebook, food blogger Natalia Azarchyk demonstrated how she makes yeast dough that doesn't require any waiting. As it turned out, it's quite simple, because all you need to do is make it custard.
Ingredients
- milk - 250 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- yeast - 25 g (or 11 g of dry)
- oil - 3 tbsp
- flour - 750 g + 150 g for sprinkling
- boiling water - 250 ml
Method of preparation
1. Combine milk, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Sift flour into the milk mixture and mix again.
3. Add boiling water and knead quickly first with a spoon and then with your hands. The dough should be sticky.
4. Dust the table generously with flour and form the dough into a sausage.
5. Cut the sausage into pieces.
6. Add the filling and pinch the pies.
7. Fry in a vegetable oil until golden brown.
