Ingredients
- 9% cottage cheese - 500 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- 82% melted butter - 100 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- citric acid - 1/3 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- sour cream if necessary - 80-100 g
Method of preparation.
1. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, baking soda and citric acid in a bowl and beat with a blender until smooth.
Mix with a blender.

2. Add melted butter and stir again.
