• corn flakes - 90 g
• butter - 120 g
• sugar - 120 g

Method of preparation

1. Add the corn flakes to a large heatproof bowl and set aside.

2. Add butter, sugar and 1 tsp of sea salt to a saucepan and set over medium heat.

3. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the butter is melted, stirring.

4. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for another 1-2 minutes until the sugar is completely melted.

5. Remove from heat and immediately pour the mixture over the corn flakes. Mix until well combined.

6. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet evenly.

7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown or caramelized.

8. Set aside to cool completely before breaking into pieces. It can be refrigerated.

9. Melt the chocolate you like best and dip them in the chocolate.
