Delicious chicken cutlets: how to cook so that they are not dry
After the Christmas and New Year holidays, you just need to focus on eating light meals to give your body a little rest. In this case, chicken cutlets will be the perfect main dish.
Food blogger Liza Hlinska knows exactly how to cook them so that they don't turn out dry. On Instagram, she presented a step-by-step recipe, which you can follow to make sure your cutlets are always perfect.
Ingredients:
- Chicken or turkey fillet - 1 kg
- Onion - 350 g
- Potatoes - 300 gr
- Loaf crumb - 100 gr
- Milk - 150 ml
- Semolina - 150 g
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic - optional
The way of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes and onions into large pieces.
2. Cut the fillet into small pieces.
3. Cut the loaf crumb into slices and pour over the milk.
4. Pass all the prepared ingredients through a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper (optional). Mix well.
5. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
6. Form patties, and sprinkle lightly with semolina.
7. Fry the cutlets in heated vegetable oil until golden brown. Bring to readiness under the lid.
