Nutritionist Liuda Dehdalo shared on Instagram how to make a delicious and nutritious breakfast in just 5 minutes. After eating it, you will immediately feel your mood rising and gain strength for the whole day ahead.
Ingredients:
- Thin pita bread - 50 gr
- Avocado - ½ pc
- Fried red fish - 30 g
- Greens and herbs
- Egg - 1 g.
The way of preparation:
1. Put the round pita bread on the surface and cut one half in half.
2. Put fish, avocado, herbs, and an egg fried in any way you like on each quarter of pita bread.
3. Wrap the pita bread to form an envelope.
4. Put it in a frying pan and fry until golden brown.
