Ingredients
- mackerel - 1 pc
- lemon - ½ pc
- onion - 1 pc
- spices for fish (without salt)
- dry garlic
- coriander and cilantro
Method of preparation
1. Defrost the mackerel in a safe way - in a closed container in the refrigerator.
2. Clean the mackerel. Make an incision along the belly and remove the insides and black film.
3. If desired, stuff with onions, lemon, add a mixture of spices for fish.
4. Wrap in foil and put in a preheated 180-degree oven for 30 minutes. If the fish is quite large, the baking time should be increased to 40-45 minutes.
