Appetizing cinnabons with apples: what to cook for a family tea party
If you still haven't resumed a healthy diet after the Christmas and New Year holidays, this recipe will definitely make you happy. The fact is that there are no extra pounds after the holidays. There is only room for apple cinnabons.
This is the opinion of the famous chef Kateryna Peskova. On her Instagram, she presented a detailed recipe for making apple cinnabons, which will be the perfect addition to a family tea party.
Ingredients for the dough
- Flour - 510 gr
- Butter - 60 gr
- Sugar - 45 gr
- Salt - 5 g
- Milk - 240 ml
- Dry yeast - 10 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs
Ingredients for the filling
- Apples - 2 pcs
- Sugar - 50 gr
- Cinnamon - 20 gr
- Butter - 70 gr
Ingredients for the cream
- Sour cream 20% - 200 g
- Cream - 50 ml
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
Method of preparation
1. Mix the flour with cold butter until it becomes crumbly.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough for 20 minutes.
3. Cover the dough and leave it to rise for 1-1.5 hours in a warm place.
4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle 2-3 mm thick.
5. Brush with soft butter, sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, and put the sliced apples.
6. Roll the dough into a roll, slice it, and place it in a baking dish. Leave to rise for another 20-30 minutes.
7. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°.
8. For the cream, whip all the ingredients with a mixer and cover the baked cinnabons.
9. Add caramel and nuts if desired.
