Ingredients
- Wings – 1 kg
- Starch – 1 tbsp
- Flour – 3 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Dry garlic – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Chicken seasoning – 1 tsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
Method of preparation
1. Dry the wings with paper towels from excess moisture.
Remove excess moisture.

2. Mix all the ingredients in a separate container and rub the wings with the mixture.
3. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
