A quick recipe for pan-fried pilaf: when you don't have much time to cook
When you don't have time to prepare a delicious dinner, you should use quick recipes. They will not only help you save time in the kitchen, but also pleasantly surprise you with the result.
A blogger with the nickname my little fish shared a quick recipe for making pilaf in a frying pan on Instagram. With it, you no longer have to spend several hours preparing this dish.
Ingredients
- steamed rice
- pork tenderloin
- sweet pepper
- carrot
- paprika
- vegetable mix seasoning
- seasoning for pilaf
- butter
- garlic
Method of preparation
1. Peel the meat and cut it into cubes.
2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry them in a pan with vegetable oil.
3. Add the sliced pepper and meat to the pan. Fry.
4. Add the whole garlic cloves and fry well.
5. Pour rice into the pan and fry more.
6. Add butter.
7. When the butter has melted, add water and all the necessary spices.
8. Cover and simmer until the rice is ready.
