If you combine minced meat and cabbage, you can make a very satisfying and tasty pie for the whole family. This dish is perfect for a hearty lunch. You will get a full-fledged pie from fairly affordable and simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • minced veal - 400 g
  • cabbage - 350 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • thick tomato juice - 3 tbsp (or 1 tbsp of tomato paste)

Ingredients for the filling:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • cream - 200 ml.
  • mozzarella cheese - 150 g
  • spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the minced meat in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil until golden brown.

2. Add chopped onion, coarsely chopped cabbage and simmer for about 15 minutes.

3. Pour in tomato juice and add spices.

4. Simmer until all the liquid has evaporated.

5. For the filling, beat eggs, cream, grate mozzarella cheese, add a little salt and mix.

6. Put the cooked cabbage and minced meat in a frying pan or heat-resistant dish.

7. Pour over the filling and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.

8. Allow to cool.
