Sugar eggs for Easter: how to make the original decoration at home

Food blogger Tatyana Mironchenko(tatianamironchenko00) on her page in TikTok shared a recipe for decorative Easter eggs.

Ingredients:

• egg white - 20 grams
• salt
• citric acid
• powdered sugar - 220g
• colorant
• cocoa

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the egg whites, add a pinch of salt and citric acid. Mix with a whisk until the mixture is stiff and fluffy.

2. Add the powder. Stir until smooth.

3. Add the coloring agent. Stir to mix.

4. Form eggs into different shapes and sprinkle them with cocoa.
