Homemade granola: how to make it quickly without sugar and vegetable oil
Granola is a quick, dry breakfast that has become popular all over the world. It is very easy to make at home in the oven, using ordinary oat flakes as a base.
Food blogger Martin Malovanets(malovanets.food) on his Instagram page shared a recipe for homemade granola in the oven, which you can make without sugar and oil.
Ingredients:
- oat flakes - 400 g
- peanut paste - 2 tbsp.
- maple syrup or honey
- salt
- cinnamon
- water
- nuts and dried fruits
Method of preparation:
1. Dissolve the peanut paste with a little water and add a pinch of salt and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
2. Add the peanut butter and maple syrup to the oats. Mix thoroughly and place in a thin layer on a baking tray lined with parchment.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
4. In the meantime prepare the nuts and dried fruit. Mix them with the granola and bake for another 10-20 minutes.
