What temperature should be in an apartment in winter: ideal for people and pets

Everyone has their own preferences for the temperature in the apartment, but the optimal solution for everyone is 18-20 degrees Celsius. This temperature will provide comfortable conditions for staying and help maintain humidity at the proper level.

The optimal temperature for sleeping is between 15.5 and 19.5 degrees Celsius. Heat or cold can disturb your sleep at night and negatively affect your well-being.

For pets, a comfortable temperature is between 17.7 and 25.5 degrees Celsius. Most pets have a natural ability to withstand heat or cold.

But if you have fish or arachnids, make sure that the temperature is not too low, because they may need a lamp to create more favorable conditions.
