The mother of 2-year-old Liza, who died, has not yet recovered: new information about the condition of the victims of the shelling in the suburbs of Dnipropetrovsk

The mother of a 2-year-old girl, Liza Prikhodko, who died as a result of a Russian missile strike on the Pidhorodne community in the suburbs of Dnipro, is in a serious condition. Natalia has not yet regained consciousness.

This was told to "Suspilniy" in one of the hospitals in Dnipro, where the woman is lying. In the medical facility are being treated six wounded during the shelling.

Natalya is on a ventilator. She was diagnosed with severe craniocerebral trauma, damage to the spine, spleen, ten rib fractures - her thorax was severely damaged.

A thoracic surgeon, a neurosurgeon and a neurologist will be called in for treatment.

"She is receiving full care: a computerized trace is being done, two surgical interventions to remove her spleen and drain her chest. She remains in intensive care, the threat to her life remains," said Igor, deputy medical director for surgical care.

There are also two women in the trauma unit. They have contusions and multiple wounds of the extremities. Another woman is in the surgical department.

And in children's hospital there are teenagers with contusions of the neck and chest, craniocerebral injuries and concussions. A total of four children and one adult, the mother of the injured boy, were admitted.

One child was released for outpatient treatment, three children were admitted to the intensive care unit.

"Now there are two in the intensive care unit. One child of moderate severity is in the surgical department. Now the condition of the children is closer to average, however, they need further rehabilitation, primarily psychological," said Alexander, head of the hospital where the children are.

A total of 17 injured were brought to the hospital. Of these, 11 continue to be treated as outpatients.
