How to understand that a man is cheating on you: this one phrase gives liars away

Blogger Mariah Fernando shared one sentence that, in her opinion, indicates a man's infidelity. According to her, if during an argument about infidelity, a lover uses the phrase "Believe what you want," then he is most likely lying.
The girl said this in her Instagram video. Commenters agreed that the phrase sounds "manipulative" and hides a guilty conscience. However, others suggested that innocent men say these words when they are "tired" of false accusations of infidelity.
"If you argue with your husband about infidelity and he says: "Believe what you want," I don't want to hurt you, women, but this man is guilty. He is guilty," the blogger said. The video has garnered over two million views, with thousands of opinions shared in the comments.
Many women agreed and confirmed Mariah's theory with their own stories:
"It's true. I remember hearing this. Never let a man turn you into Sherlock. It's not worth it," said one of them. "It's 100 percent true," agreed a second, and a third wrote: "It's true, they don't know what to say because they got caught." "I agree, because if he was innocent, he would have defended himself aggressively," added someone else.
Others were furious with Mariah's fervent stance, arguing that "believe what you want" is far from an admission of guilt.
