The General Motors budget crossover was officially shown. The novelty has received an unusual design and an economical power plant. Its price is lower than that of the Renault Duster.

The new Wuling Nebula is a joint development of General Motors and the SAIC Chinese concern. The companies created the Wuling brand to sell cheap cars. Its price starts from 13 700 dollars, CarNewsChina reports.

The car will go on sale in the fall of 2023. Buyers will receive a Chinese Wuling Nebula crossover with an economical powertrain. The car will be offered as a hybrid with a 2-liter gasoline four-cylinder engine and an electric motor.

Wuling Nebula

Total power is not named, but it is known that the internal combustion engine produces 136 hp. The drive is front-wheel drive only.

The equipment list includes a transparent panoramic roof, 17-inch diameter wheels, surround-view cameras and a digital dashboard.

The length of the Chinese crossover is 4610 mm with a wheelbase of 2700 mm, the width is 1810 mm and the height is 1670 mm. The size of the novelty is comparable to such popular compact crossovers as Kia Sportage and Toyota RAV4.
