The disgraced head of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, has expressed scepticism about the intellectual abilities of US President Joe Biden. He is convinced that the American leader, as a result of his longstanding foreign policy, has plunged into the "Ukrainian agenda" and has effectively become a hostage of Kyiv.

The Kremlin politician gave another "brilliant idea" in an interview with a propaganda channel. Medvedev nostalgically recalls the times when Barack Obama ruled America (to watch the video, scroll to the bottom of the page).

"In terms of some kind of pragmatism, Barack had many times more of it than Biden. This is due, frankly, to Obama's superior intellectual abilities. And secondly, it is Biden's deep immersion in the Ukrainian schedule. This can be considered a disgrace for such a large, even great country as the United States," Putin's official said.

Medvedev went into memories of when Joe Biden, during his vice presidency, allegedly gave the Ukrainian authorities "ridiculous instructions" all the time. He also sent his son Hunter to Ukraine to "make money there".

"That's why Joe Biden is involved in Ukraine mentally, politically and economically. And this, in addition to, as I said, his intellectual abilities, has led to him becoming a hostage. And this is quite tragic, both for the United States and for Ukraine," the disgraced Russian says with a smart face.
