The recipe for white fish baked with vegetables was shared by a food blogger with the nickname tastystories.feed. On her Instagram, she posted a recipe that allows you to discover completely new flavors.

Ingredients.

  • dorado (or any other sea fish with almost no bones) - 1 pc
  • asparagus beans - 200 g
  • red pepper - 1 pc
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • seasoning for fish - ½ tsp
  • black pepper
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • french mustard - 2 tbsp
  • avocado - ½ pc
  • feta - 100 gr

Method of preparation

1. Divide fish into fillets.

2. Put asparagus beans and thickly sliced pepper in a baking dish.

3. Add mustard and half of the oil. Mix well.

4. Put the white fish fillet on top, skin side down.

5. Sprinkle with salt, fish seasoning and pepper.

6. Drizzle with olive oil and put in a preheated oven to 180 for 30 minutes.

7. Cut avocado and feta into small cubes, combine them, and put them on the fish when serving.
