Recipe for blueberry muffins
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 100 g
- butter - 100 g
- cottage cheese - 150 g
- salt
- flour - 150 g
- baking powder - 10 g
- blueberries - 120 g
Method of preparation:
1. First, beat the eggs with sugar until smooth and light.
2. Add butter, cottage cheese and dry ingredients. Mix the dough so that there are no lumps.
