  • Brie cheese - 200-300 gr
  • Puff pastry without yeast - 400 g

  • Frozen or fresh cherries - 200 g
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Butter - 30 g

Method of preparation

1.First, caramelize the cherries. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add sugar and thawed cherries. You can also add ground coriander.

2. Boil the mixture until the volume of liquid is reduced by half. Set aside to cool completely, then strain the berries, but do not pour out the liquid.

3. Cut a piece of meat into a large square. Season with salt on both sides and add your favorite spices.
