Plăcintă is a special flat pie. It is made from different doughs (yeast, water, and kefir) and with different fillings (cheese, feta cheese, herbs, and even pumpkin). Plăcintă can be baked in the oven or fried in a pan.
Chef Mykola Liulko (mykola_lyulko) shared a recipe for plăcintă with cheese and herbs on his Instagram page.
