Stuffed eggs with mushrooms for the Christmas table: an easy and quick recipe
Stuffed eggs have long been a traditional dish of the festive table, including the Christmas table. This is not only a beautiful looking dish, but also quite nutritious and varied, because you can stuff eggs with any filling you like. This dish is also very easy to prepare and doesn't take much time, so every housewife can handle it.

Ingredients:
- eggs (large) - 5 pcs.
- mushrooms - 150 g
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
Method of preparation
1. Wash and finely chop the mushrooms, fry them in a frying pan until golden brown.
2. After boiling for 10 minutes, cut the eggs and free them from the yolk.
3. Combine the mushrooms and mashed yolks in a bowl, add mayonnaise and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add the mixture to the egg whites and sprinkle with green onions or dill.
