Ingredients:
- Bagels – 500 gr
- Stuffing – 300 gr
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hard cheese – 200 gr
- Milk
Method of preparation
1. Pour the bagels into a deep bowl, cover with room-temperature milk, and set aside for about 20 minutes.
2. Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper, add a little water and mix well.
3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
4. Put the bagels on a baking sheet covered with parchment and stuff them with minced meat. For this purpose, you can use a pastry bag or use a spoon.
5. Sprinkle the bagels with cheese and put them in the oven, preheated to 150 degrees, for about 15 minutes.
