Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin - 1 pc.
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Bacon - 250 gr
- Butter - 30 gr
- Tomato sauce - 30 gr
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the pork tenderloin from the film. Do not cut off the excess fat.

2. Make longitudinal cuts on the tenderloin without cutting all the way through.

3. Mix melted butter with mustard and tomato sauce (not paste). Add salt, pepper and garlic. Mix thoroughly.

4. Put a layer of foil on a baking sheet and a layer of parchment on top of it. Spread the bacon on the parchment in a continuous layer over the entire length of the tenderloin (see photo).

5. Put the tenderloin on the bacon and brush it generously with the marinade on all sides, going into each cut.

6. Wrap the bacon with the tenderloin in parchment and then in foil. Tightly roll the foil on both sides like a candy. Turn the roll over so that the bacon is on top.

7. Leave the tenderloin to marinate for at least an hour. You can leave it overnight.
8. Put it in a preheated 180-degree oven for 25 minutes.
9. Cut the foil and parchment lengthwise and put it back in the oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
