Ingredients
- Canned tuna - 2 cans
- Salted cucumber - 1 pc
- Green onions or parsley
- Paprika
- Mayonnaise
- Hard cheese
- Pesto sauce
How to cook
1. In a separate container, mix all the ingredients for the filling, except for the hard cheese.
2. Add salt, pepper, paprika and mayonnaise to taste. Mix thoroughly.
3. Lay out the pita bread (you can replace it with pita). Put the filling on one half, and put a layer of cheese on top.
4. Cover with the second half of the pita bread and fry in a frying pan over low heat under a lid until the cheese melts.
5. Cut the lavash in half, forming triangles.
