Ingredients:

• Eggs - 4 pcs.
• Sugar - 120 g.
• Flour - 130 g.
• Baking powder - 1 tsp
• Sour cream - 1 tbsp. l
• Butter - 50 g.
• Poppy seeds - 30 g.
• Lemon juice - 30 g.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy and stiff. Add sifted flour and poppy seeds. Stir with gentle movements.

2. Add sifted flour and poppy seeds. Mix well.

3. Add lemon juice, melted butter, sour cream and mix.

4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish covered with parchment.

5. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
