Ingredients
- apples - 2 pcs
- eggs - 2 pcs
- milk - 200 ml
- flour - 100 g
- baking powder - ½ tsp
- vanilla essence - 3 drops
- cinnamon - ½ tsp.
Ingredients for the topping
- kefir - 50 ml
- banana - 1 pc
- roasted walnuts - a handful
Method of preparation
1. Peel and grate apples on a coarse grater.
2. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well.
3. Add butter to a very hot frying pan.
4. Pour pancake batter and cover with a lid.
5. Turn over when it is ready. Fry for another minute and remove.
6. Make topping. Beat kefir and banana in a blender. Pour over the pancake and sprinkle with nuts.
