Recipe for pearl barley energy bars

Energy bars are an ideal option for healthy sweets, a dessert for tea, and a tasty snack for children. They can be made with oatmeal, barley, dried fruit, seeds, or nuts. Instead of sugar, you can use a natural sweetener like honey. The main advantage of energy bars is that they are quite satisfying and can be stored for a long time.
