Ajika is a spicy seasoning that is ideal for meat. It can be prepared in different ways: in raw form without cooking, as well as in boiled. The sauce is based on tomatoes, bell peppers, sometimes zucchini. For a spicy flavor, you can add pepper, garlic, nuts and herbs.

Foodblogger Marina Novikova(marisha_recepti) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for spicy ajika for winter, which does not need to be boiled.

Ingredients:

  • sweet pepper - 0.5 kg
  • garlic - 5 heads
  • hot chili pepper
  • walnuts - 300 g
  • apple cider vinegar - 1-2 tbsp. tbsp.
  • salt - 40-50 g
  • coriander - 50 g
  • parsley

Method of preparation:

1. First you need to rinse and clean all the necessary vegetables. After that, grind them through a meat grinder. At the same time, the sweet pepper should be ground separately and strain the excess liquid.

2. All chopped vegetables should be mixed together, add salt, vinegar and coriander to the total mass. Stir.

3. Chop and add the herbs, mix.

4. Put the resulting mass into sterile jars, cover with lids and store in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
